1. Who is selling
Every order placed on this store is a purchase from Duelist LLC. You can reach us at support@duelist.social with any question about an order.
2. What you are buying
Every item is made to order. When you buy, it is printed, embroidered or manufactured and then shipped by Printful on behalf of Duelist LLC. Nothing is kept in stock.
Product photos are renders. The printed item will look very close to them, and colors can vary slightly from one print run to the next.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are in US dollars. Stripe processes the payment, and your card details are entered on Stripe and never reach this site. Sales tax is added at checkout where it applies to the shipping address.
4. Shipping
Ships from the US in 2 to 5 business days after printing.
Shipping is charged as a flat rate shown at checkout. Delivery times, rates and the countries we ship to are on the support page. Orders sent outside the United States may be charged import duties or taxes by the carrier, and those are the buyer's responsibility.
5. Cancellations
An order can be cancelled until it enters production, which usually happens within a few hours of payment. To cancel, write to support@duelist.social with your order number as soon as you can. Once printing has started the order cannot be cancelled.
6. Returns and replacements
Misprinted or damaged items are replaced. Size exchanges are not offered on made-to-order items.
If an item arrives misprinted, damaged or different from what you ordered, email support@duelist.social within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and it will be replaced or refunded. Because each item is made for your order, there are no size exchanges and no returns for change of mind, so please check the sizing table before ordering.
Nothing in this section limits the statutory rights you have as a consumer in your country.
7. Intellectual property
The Duelist Social mark and wordmark belong to Duelist LLC. Buying an item that carries them does not give you the right to reproduce them, and they may not be copied, printed or used on other goods.
